元々別の形態の飲食店を始める予定だったところ、どうせなら体にいい食事を提供したいとの思いで、インド料理のお店になったそうです。スパイスはもちろん、それ以外の食材にもこだわって、安全で美味しいお食事を提供なさっています。

お米はインディカ米です。アーユルヴェーダの先生が、今の日本人にはインディカ米の方がいいと仰っていたとのこと。なるほど、最近の日本のお米はもち米をかけ合わせた品種が多くて、毎日食べるにはちょっと贅沢すぎるのかもしれません。

あと、残念ながら日本のカレーは体にいいとは言いにくくなっています。油脂分や小麦粉がたっぷりで、スパイスはほんのちょっとしか入っていません。せっかく食べるなら、やっぱりスパイスカレーがいいですね。
