イギリスの焼き菓子クランペッツ

お客様から教えていただいたレシピで、クランペッツ(クランペット)というパンケーキを作ってみました。イギリスの焼き菓子だそうです。

【材料】
オーガニックの強力粉       300g
ベーキングパウダー(アルミフリー)  5g
オーガニックの黒砂糖        10g
自然塩               5g
水                500cc

材料をすべて混ぜ合わせて、ぶつぶつと発酵するのを待ってから、お玉くらいの大きさを大きめのフライパンにのせて焼き上げます。

焼き上がったらできあがり。ハチミツやメープルシロップをかけてアツアツをいただきます。

発酵に失敗して膨らまないことも多いと仰っていましたが、これも発酵に失敗したようで膨らみませんでした。

お客様も仰っていましたが、失敗しても「ういろう」のようなモチモチとした食感で味わいがありました。次はしっかり発酵させたいです。
