「えごまと玄米のねぎライス」のレシピ

ちょっと間があいてしまいましたが、先日ご紹介したマクロビオティック料理セミナーのレシピ第3弾です。

「古民家レストランはぜ」の平田シェフが参加者の前で実際に料理を作ってくださったお料理3品目の「えごまと玄米のねぎライス」のレシピをご紹介します。

実はこれがいちばん簡単で、いちばん美味しかったりして。最近いろいろなオイルの効果が注目されていますが、とりたいオイルを美味しく手軽にとれるお料理です。ぜひお試しください。

■えごまと玄米のねぎライス【材料(4人分)】
玄米ごはん       320g
えごま油         大さじ4
青ネギ(小口切り)    大さじ8
かいわれ大根(小口切り)大さじ8
えごまの葉        4枚
醤油           大さじ2
白ごま         大さじ1

ボウルに玄米ごはんを入れ、醤油、白ごまを和えておきます。えごまの葉はきざんでおきます(えごまの葉がなければ大葉でも)。

茶碗に玄米ごはんをもり、えごまの葉、きざみ海苔、青ねぎ、かいわれ大イコンをのせます。仕上げにえごま油を回しかけてできあがりです。

このお料理につかったオーサワさんのえごま油は、残念ながら原材料の不足で欠品中。テレビなどで健康効果が紹介された影響です。
